Our Yoga

Yoga practice is the true meaning of enlightenment and the practice of Hatha yoga is one of those paths. The many different paths of yoga are all travelling in the direction of enlightenment.
Yoga is a spiritual practice and can be practiced by anyone.
Yoga improves:

  • awareness, focus and relaxation
  • strength, endurance and flexibility

Yoga is a holistic approach to nourishing the mind and body through mindful movement, body awareness and breath.
